Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, visibly worn, or without tags, we reserve the right to legally deduct depreciation from your refund or refuse the return entirely.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must contact us at kacper@perigee.paris.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are strictly responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. We recommend shipping the item back using a tracked courier service of your choice at your own expense, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at kacper@perigee.paris if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

• Made-to-Order & Custom Garments: Any product that is manufactured specifically upon your order (such as a custom-made jacket) rather than purchased from our pre-existing stock.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at kacper@perigee.paris.
